📋 Description

• Define analytic approaches, integrate multiple analyses, and develop analytic understanding of client problems to identify issues and opportunities • Gather and refine complex data sets and data sources for accurate and robust quantitative analyses • Provide insight into hypotheses under consideration and contribute to understanding the client’s overall problem and potential solutions • Create multi-issue client communications • Present analytic findings and recommendations and field client questions with minimal support • Engage effectively with clients, including senior client administrators and physician leads • Ensure meaningful results are achieved and build ongoing client relationships • Work generally on a single engagement under the direction of and in close collaboration with colleagues • Collaborate across dynamic 2–4 member project teams and practices • Support client engagements typically lasting 3–12 months

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of provider-based Revenue Cycle management consulting experience required • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or a related field required • Master’s Degree preferred • Strong project management skills with experience working on multiple work streams • Demonstrated collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to develop solutions that address client needs • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills • Ability to advise clients professionally and positively • Legal authorization to work in the United States
