📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lifecycle management of IT assets (laptops, desktops, and peripherals) • Track asset assignment, transfers, returns, and decommissioning activities • Ensure secure data sanitization and proper disposal of retired assets • Maintain a centralized, accurate asset inventory system • Manage procurement workflows, including request intake, quoting, approvals, and purchasing • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness • Administer endpoint lifecycle processes using tools such as Microsoft Intune and NinjaOne • Provide clear communication and guidance to end users regarding device usage and transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 1–3 years of experience in IT asset management, endpoint management, or procurement • Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (preferred) • Familiarity with RMM tools such as NinjaOne • Experience with asset management systems • Knowledge of hardware lifecycle and vendor management • Understanding of device compliance and security best practices
