📋 Description

• Lead the development and maintenance of short-term and long-range cash flow forecasts to support strategic business planning and liquidity management • Partner with leadership on annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial planning initiatives across the organization • Build and enhance free cash flow and integrated three-statement financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis • Evaluate liquidity trends, funding requirements, and working capital performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement • Support treasury activities, including cash management, banking relationships, debt compliance, and balance optimization • Maintain budgeted and forecasted balance sheet models while analyzing key balance sheet accounts and business drivers • Support corporate development initiatives through M&A financial modeling, due diligence, and pro forma analysis • Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and Board materials that provide meaningful insights into financial performance and business strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, required; MBA preferred • Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or treasury required • Advanced expertise in three-statement financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities • Executive presence with the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to senior leaders and key stakeholders • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning tools • CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
