📋 Description

• Leads the bank's liquidity management and funding operations • Oversees daily liquidity positioning and maintains funding strategies • Ensures compliance with internal policy limits and regulatory expectations • Partners with finance leadership and ALCO to align treasury activities • Provides expert analysis, reporting, and recommendations for liquidity and interest rate • Monitors daily liquidity position and manages funding sources • Prepares liquidity forecasts and performs stress testing • Supports ALCO process and assists with interest rate risk modeling • Analyzes deposit trends, loan growth, and cost of funds • Supports month-end and quarter-end processes through financial reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience • 5 –7 years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking analytics • Strong understanding of bank financial statements and net interest income drivers • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Experience with CSI, Plansmith, and other financial platforms • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities • Working knowledge of regulatory expectations related to liquidity and interest rate risk • Collaborative mindset with ability to operate effectively in a lean environment
