📋 Description
• Manage and coordinate Central Business Office Practice Reimbursement activities • Conduct insurance claims follow-up • Ensure accurate and timely follow-up of all debit balance accounts • Contact payers to review payment status of accounts with balances greater than $25,000 • Manage collection efforts to obtain system measures • Manage days in A/R to obtain system measures • Recruit and retain staff as needed • Communicate trends and collection information to management, including A/R, denial, and trend analysis
