Ladder offers personalized plan recommendations, a free trial, and supports training at home, in the gym, or outdoors, positioning itself as a results-oriented wellness platform.

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day execution, performance, and management of assigned Ladder teams • Review and analyze workout programming and maintain a 5-star quality standard for member experiences • Launch new teams, onboard coaches, and ensure teams are built for the right members • Serve as the primary liaison between Ladder and assigned coaches • Shape programming strategy with coaches, including training goals, progression, and evolution • Help coaches deliver programming, coaching, media, and community experiences • Own team success metrics and turn data and feedback into actionable guidance • Complete team workouts regularly and participate actively in Team Chat • Monitor team performance using platform metrics and member feedback • Build surveys when needed data does not already exist • Understand target members, their needs, and what keeps them training

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in business operations, program/project management, or account management • Current fitness certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, or similar) • Ability to analyze workout programming and assess its quality • Ability to pull, read, and diagnose data • Ability to quickly learn Google Workspace, Amplitude, Claude, and in-house systems • Ability to build and analyze surveys • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-agency environments • Member-obsessed mindset and commitment to 5-star experiences • Diagnostic and data-backed approach • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Systems-minded approach • AI-native working style • High agency and ability to solve problems independently
