• Lead entertainment equipment deployment for new market launches and venue openings • Coordinate installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of permanent sound systems and entertainment equipment • Ensure venues are fully operational before launch • Develop equipment deployment schedules aligned with expansion timelines • Coordinate equipment shipping, transportation, and installation logistics • Lead, coach, and support Expansion Equipment Coordinators • Assign responsibilities and oversee installation projects • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards • Oversee equipment inventory, maintenance, testing, repairs, and replacement • Develop backup equipment strategies for successful market launches • Develop and maintain equipment-related standard operating procedures • Standardize installation processes across expansion markets • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and scalability • Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements • Participate in expansion planning and leadership meetings • Partner with Entertainment and Regional Leadership on new-market transitions • Provide updates on equipment readiness, project timelines, and logistical needs • Occasionally DJ events to support new market launches or operational needs • Travel nationwide for venue openings, sound system installations, equipment deployment, troubleshooting, leadership meetings, and expansion initiatives
• Remote in Colorado and travel-based • Approximately 60–80% travel required nationwide • Ability to plan, deploy, install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot entertainment equipment and sound systems • Ability to coordinate equipment shipping, transportation, and installation logistics • Ability to lead, coach, and support Expansion Equipment Coordinators • Ability to manage inventory, maintenance, testing, repairs, replacement, labeling, storage, and transportation of equipment • Ability to develop standard operating procedures and scalable installation processes • Ability to participate in expansion planning and leadership meetings • Ability to occasionally DJ events
