📋 Description

• Design, develop, and articulate Salesforce solutions based on customer strategic business and technical requirements • Collaborate with program managers, technical peers, business partners, and other stakeholders • Lead Salesforce implementation efforts • Deliver architecture designs and solution strategies • Translate customer requirements and USSF baseline features into Agile user stories and acceptance criteria • Configure Salesforce declaratively using Flows, page layouts, validation rules, Lightning record pages, and Experience Cloud • Facilitate sprint demos • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Prepare end-user guidance and knowledge-transfer artifacts • Provide program oversight and solutions architecture for Salesforce applications • Evaluate Salesforce integrations with third-party solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Translate customer requirements and USSF baseline features into refined Agile user stories and acceptance criteria • Hands-on declarative Salesforce configuration, including Flows, page layouts, validation rules, Lightning record pages, and Experience Cloud site setup • Experience providing program oversight and solutions architecture for Salesforce applications • Experience with Salesforce end-to-end implementation • Solution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile and iterative approaches • Understanding of SFDC architectural concepts and their influence on design • Experience deploying solutions that include Experience Cloud • Evaluation of Salesforce with third-party solutions • Background in integration styles, architecture styles, and patterns • Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies • Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools • 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce functional configuration and business analysis experience • Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow Builder and Experience Cloud administration • Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder • Minimum of five years of general work experience • Experience in IT focusing on Salesforce and/or other no-code/low-code platform projects, DevSecOps, and technical architecture • At least three years of experience architecting Salesforce production enterprise applications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Must be a US Citizen • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal • TS/SCI Poly strongly preferred • Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant and Experience Cloud Consultant certifications preferred • Certified Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect preferred
