📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day technical aspects of Salesforce software development projects in the Consumer Service and Support instance • Design and build solutions integrating Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, and Knowledge • Develop solutions from configuration through customization using Apex, Flow Automation, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components • Participate in daily scrum meetings • Analyze and assign user stories • Identify and resolve gaps in functional requirements and business user stories • Collaborate with Product Owners on acceptance criteria and technical approaches • Automate business processes using Flows, Formulas, Assignment Rules, and Email Alerts • Build Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On • Manage data updates and migrations using Data Loader and similar tools • Manage code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and ensure high test coverage • Debug and resolve defects and production issues • Mentor and guide junior development team members • Investigate complex issues independently and communicate solutions and findings

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including complex projects and multi-cloud Salesforce environments • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience • Service Cloud experience and experience with at least one of Sales Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Agentforce, or Data Cloud • Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Scheduled classes, and Batch classes • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On • Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle and familiarity with DevOps tools • Understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and best practices • Ability to work in Agile frameworks and manage task assignments • Strong preference for Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer I & II, Certified Administrator, and Certified Advanced Administrator • Strong preference for Application and/or Technical Architecture Certifications
