📋 Description

• Perform hands-on development and provide senior technical expertise for a complex Salesforce environment • Serve as a Salesforce SME • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs • Lead and contribute to solution architecture and technical design • Review code and technical designs for quality, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability • Provide an independent technical perspective on architectural decisions and challenge proposed approaches when appropriate • Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise systems • Establish and promote Salesforce development, architecture, and integration standards • Identify technical debt, risks, and opportunities for improvement • Evaluate the technical impact of Salesforce and connected applications upgrades and platform changes • Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across the project team • Support technical planning, troubleshooting, and long-term platform strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Seven or more years of software development or related experience • 5 or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with progressively increasing technical responsibility • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, automation, security, and integrations • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, security, scalability, and governor limits • Experience with source control, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment practices • Experience conducting code reviews and evaluating technical designs • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Knowledge and understanding of Agile Scrum SDLC methodology • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
