📋 Description

• Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva. • Identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem and create new categories or capture market share. • Translate Salesforce platform knowledge into enterprise product capabilities. • Monitor Salesforce's product direction and position Flosum for platform shifts. • Lead AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management. • Define extensibility for custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust boundary. • Pioneer agent-aware governance for autonomous systems and AI agents. • Engage Fortune 500 customers and prospects to understand Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data-management pain points. • Translate enterprise requirements into product solutions. • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on deal strategy, strategic-account demos, and competitive evaluations. • Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Partner with Engineering on delivery timelines, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination. • Define and track product KPIs including adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates. • Conduct 25+ customer and prospect interviews, complete a competitive audit, and refresh the product roadmap within the first 90 days. • Deliver a major product release, establish a Sales/CS/Engineering feedback loop, and define the next generation of AI capabilities within months 3–6. • Improve competitive win rates, launch a net-new product capability, and establish Flosum as a thought leader in AI-driven Salesforce DevOps within months 6–12.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms. • Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem. • Proven track record of shipping products that enterprise customers (Fortune 500, regulated industries) adopted and paid for. • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred. • Understanding of the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. • Strong perspective on AI/ML, especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud. • Hands-on experience writing PRDs, talking to customers, reviewing wireframes, and participating in sprint reviews. • Exceptional communication skills for presenting product vision to C-suite audiences and writing technical specifications for engineering teams. • Experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product company. • Experience at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries. • Experience leading product-led growth initiatives within an enterprise product. • Point of view on the future of AI in Salesforce DevOps and a 3-year vision for autonomous agents. • Experience competing against well-funded competitors and winning through product superiority.
