Rula supports 90+ conditions (anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, etc. ), provides tools for scheduling and managing appointments, and offers resources like tests/quizzes and a provider directory spanning all 50 states. It serves patients directly and partners with employers, health plans, and health systems, and emphasizes clinical standards, provider reviews, and ongoing professional development.

📋 Description

• Design how patient, clinician, and insurance information moves between Salesforce and operational tools • Work directly with the people who use the systems • Build complex Salesforce solutions • Support systems that connect people to mental health care • Improve patient matching, clinician licensing and onboarding speed, and care-team efficiency • Make visible, lasting architecture decisions in a small team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building on Salesforce • At least 2 years accountable for design decisions on a large or complex implementation • Hands-on ability to write, review, and debug Salesforce code and automation • Ability to judge code versus configuration versus solutions outside Salesforce • Experience designing Salesforce integrations with external systems, including security, monitoring, and failure recovery • Experience designing durable data models and determining system ownership of shared information • Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders and gain agreement among teams with competing priorities • Experience setting technical standards through design review, documentation, or mentoring • Preferred: expertise in multi-instance Salesforce implementations and Health and Data Cloud / Data 360 • Preferred: experience in HIPAA-compliant or regulated environments and data security best practices • Preferred: version-controlled automated Salesforce deployment tooling and release-process improvement • Preferred: build/configure/buy decision-making experience • Preferred: mentoring administrators, analysts, or developers • Preferred: Salesforce certifications relevant to architecture or development • Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii
