📋 Description

• Design, develop, and support scalable enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform • Deliver CRM capabilities, integrations, workflow automation, and customer-centric digital experiences • Develop and maintain Salesforce capabilities, system enhancements, new features, integrations, and automation • Design, develop, unit test, and deploy secure, scalable out-of-the-box and custom Apex solutions, including triggers, batch jobs, REST services, and Lightning components • Write, optimize, and debug SQL queries across standard and custom objects in complex data models • Develop and maintain integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events • Analyze requirements and translate complex technical requirements into Salesforce solutions • Determine whether requirements should be addressed through configuration or customization • Support end users through troubleshooting, training, and best-practice guidance • Communicate proactively with stakeholders and partners • Partner with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver aligned priorities • Ensure compliance with security standards and build scalable, user-friendly solutions • Follow coding standards, CI/CD deployment processes, and data integrity protocols • Design and manage complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems • Provide guidance and code reviews for junior team members • Evaluate new Salesforce features, including Agentforce, to improve business efficiency • Develop guidelines and documentation • Provide high-tier technical support for successful adoption of system changes and best practices • Mentor users and collaborate with project leads to leverage Salesforce capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer • Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce DX (SFDX) development • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Foundational experience in Java for web application development • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Workato, Platform Events, and OAuth-based authentication • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, including LWC, Aura, and Lightning AppBuilder • Experience with reusable component architecture and UI optimization • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business-friendly language • Experience developing in complex Salesforce environments, including business process configuration, security, and reporting • Experience with automation and understanding of interactions between people, processes, and systems • Excellent organizational skills and experience working in Agile environments • Ability to work with XML, Java, and Web Service-based integrations • 4+ years of experience working in Agile Scrum environments, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release cycles • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
