📋 Description

• Configure and enhance scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions using primarily out-of-the-box capabilities • Support Salesforce Service Cloud implementation for investigative case management, including case intake, routing, workflows, queues, approvals, service processes, and reporting • Configure and support Salesforce Experience Cloud portals for secure external-user access, engagement, and self-service • Build and maintain declarative solutions using Flow, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, Lightning record pages, custom objects, fields, reports, and dashboards • Assess requests for custom development and determine when Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, or other custom-code solutions are required • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce functionality under change-control, security, and release-management processes • Own data migration and data quality tasks, including creating a Data Migration plan • Support data governance, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and production readiness • Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration workbooks, solution designs, release notes, test evidence, and user-support materials • Communicate technical decisions clearly to customer stakeholders and collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Cloud Architects, and clients • Manage DevSecOps pipeline • Translate business requirements into Salesforce configuration and technical solutions • Participate in requirements refinement, solution design, user-story development, backlog grooming, and sprint planning • Support security, authorization, compliance, and Authority to Operate (ATO) activities • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment • Develop efficient, scalable code following industry best practices • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms • Perform code reviews and troubleshoot/debug Salesforce applications • Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends and recommend process and application improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Must demonstrate experience supporting Salesforce platform(s) within Department of Defense (DoD) environments • 1-3 years of strong data migration experience, extracting data from third party tools and mapping it cleanly into Salesforce objects • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal • Must be a US Citizen • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of three (3) years of Salesforce Development • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods • Subject to pre-employment drug testing • May be contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation
