📋 Description

• Build and implement custom applications using Salesforce declarative customization capabilities • Use Apex and Lightning Web Components to implement technical solutions • Integrate Salesforce solutions with external systems, including data interfaces, auditing/logging, and authentication solutions • Participate in sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies • Engage stakeholders and end users and provide product demonstrations • Implement Salesforce design solutions, system integrations, and data analytics • Configure software components, units, and modules according to product specifications and development schedules • Adhere to product build and release schedules and software development pipeline strategies • Create custom-developed workflows • Test and debug complex software components and units • Develop product documentation • Define, develop, and refine customer requirements across teams • Work with testing staff to develop test scripts for user stories • Determine business, functional, and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment • Develop and execute testing, training, and documentation • Produce solution definitions, effort estimations, requirements, test scripts, specifications, and status reports • Build and maintain trust and respect with clients • Lead teams as needed to deliver solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ professional Salesforce development experience • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or an IT-related field required • United States citizenship required for eligibility to obtain the security clearance • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance • Must be able to obtain and maintain up to a Secret security clearance • Active Secret security clearance preferred • Salesforce development experience required • Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Salesforce CPQ, and/or other Salesforce functionalities • Knowledge and expertise in Service, Sales, and Experience Cloud environments • Experience with OmniStudio preferred • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum and/or Copado preferred • Software development educational background • Experience with object-oriented principles and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, AJAX, and jQuery • Microservices/API experience using SOAP/REST is a bonus • Experience with Agile software development • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and soft skills • Ability to produce quality technical documentation and analysis • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work within a team environment and independently • One or more Salesforce-related certifications preferred • Active CompTIA Security+ certification or willingness to obtain it
