📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions for mission-critical public sector and DoD environments • Lead technical design and build scalable Apex and Lightning-based solutions • Perform recent Experience Cloud design, development, and implementation work • Own and support Salesforce DevOps processes and deployments • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, development teams, administrators, and QA testers • Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions and user stories • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment • Use Flow for complex requirements and bridge to code when necessary • Develop Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems and platforms • Perform code reviews • Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications • Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members • Reduce technical debt and ensure secure, performant, high-quality Salesforce implementations

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required • Must possess an active Secret security clearance or higher • Minimum of twelve (12) years of general work experience • Three (3) years of experience developing Lightning Web Components • Experience with full-stack engineering, including database development/integration • Three (3) years of experience deploying Salesforce production enterprise applications • Hands-on experience owning and supporting Salesforce DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, SFDX/CLI, branching and merge strategies, release management, and deployments across multiple Salesforce environments • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex programming, Salesforce configuration, Flow, and OmniStudio • Experience developing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and REST and SOAP APIs • Strong Salesforce platform and application expertise • Ability to configure and troubleshoot Salesforce to resolve defects, user issues, and performance problems • Experience resolving data migration and interface issues • Ability to decompose user needs and requirements into technical user stories • Salesforce certifications are preferred • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
