📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions for mission-critical public sector and DoD environments • Lead technical design and build scalable Apex and Lightning-based solutions • Perform Experience Cloud design, development, and implementation • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, development teams, developers, administrators, and QA testers • Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions and technical user stories • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment • Use Flow for complex requirements and bridge to code as necessary • Develop Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems and platforms • Reduce technical debt through coding and configuration best practices • Configure Salesforce to resolve defects, user issues, and performance issues • Resolve data migration and interface issues • Perform code reviews • Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends • Provide recommendations for enhancing development processes and applications • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required • Must possess a Secret security clearance or higher • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of twelve (12) years of general work experience • Three (3) years of experience developing Lightning Web Components • Full-stack engineering experience, including proficient database development/integration • Three (3) years of experience deploying Salesforce production enterprise applications • Strong expertise in the Salesforce platform and applications • Proficiency in Apex programming language and declarative tools such as Flow and OmniStudio • Experience developing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and REST and SOAP APIs • Experience with development projects using DevOps, Salesforce configuration, and/or Apex programming • Preferred public sector experience or multiple Salesforce project implementation experience • Salesforce certifications are preferred • Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines is desirable
