📋 Description

• Lead functional alignment between the USSF baseline metadata package and the Customer’s operational processes • Validate data architecture, object models, user security matrix, and portal access structures in the target RCO environment • Guide configuration of declarative and programmatic components while preserving upstream package dependencies • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and other code-based Salesforce technologies • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment • Use Flow to solve complex requirements and bridge to code when necessary • Develop efficient and scalable code following best practices and industry standards • Build Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms • Perform code reviews • Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications • Collaborate with developers, administrators, and QA testers for successful project delivery • Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends and recommend enhancements • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce architecture/consulting experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Demonstrated experience working within DoD / Federal Salesforce environments (IL4/IL5 GovCloud) • Must be a US Citizen • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal • Must pass pre-employment drug testing • Position may be contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation • TS/SCI w/ Poly is highly preferred • Certified Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect strongly preferred • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods
