• Oversee multiple locations across our West Coast region for our Souvenir division • Manage operations, business strategies, and overall performance • Lead and motivate a team of District Managers and Operations Managers to reach sales targets • Develop district strategies and implementation plans to support regional and company initiatives • Determine district-wide staffing requirements and ensure hiring/onboarding standards are met • Recruit and train qualified District Managers and Operations Managers • Conduct site visits regularly, analyze sales activity and reports • Establish and maintain positive relations with venue management and staff • Oversee budgeted staff hours, scheduling, timecards and deliver accurate weekly reporting • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as laws and regulations
• At least 18 years of age • Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in retail, tourism or related field • Prior proven success managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint with daily access to the internet (laptop provided) • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
