âą Translate user interfaces for Chess.com apps, including Chess.com Web & Mobile, ChessKid, and Dr. Wolf âą Translate marketing campaigns âą Translate Coach analysis, Game Review, Courses, and related content âą Translate and edit graphical assets âą Review previously submitted translations and ensure high quality
đŻ Requirements
âą Passion for chess and a deep understanding of chess terminology âą Proven professional experience translating complex texts between English and Japanese âą Exceptional linguistic knowledge, including a strong grasp of language theory and structure âą Native or near-native fluency in both English and Japanese âą Excellent communication skills and high responsiveness âą Ability to work effectively on collaborative platforms like Slack âą Proven ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines, occasionally within a 24â48 hour turnaround time, including weekends/holidays âą Basic graphic editing skills
