📋 Description

• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients in the healthcare industry. • Developing strategies to grow revenue and market share. • Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth. • Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure that client needs are met. • Understanding and staying up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements. • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and other performance metrics. • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients. • Creating and delivering presentations to clients on products and services. • Maintaining accurate records and reports on client interactions and sales activities. • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong understanding of the Locums and healthcare industry • Proven track record in sales and account management • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is also a plus.
