📋 Description

• Own and maintain CHG's business architecture artifacts, including capability models, value stream maps, and domain decompositions. • Identify high-value AI and machine learning capability leverage across CHG's business domains and define enabling architectural patterns. • Create Target State Architectures and roadmaps for business domains. • Establish governance to ensure achievement of business goals. • Partner with business and product leaders to translate strategic intent into structured architecture artifacts. • Lead architecture reviews for significant initiatives, advising on capability fit, process impact, and domain boundaries. • Drive capability gap and redundancy analysis across CHG's brand portfolio. • Produce business cases for platform consolidation and investment prioritization. • Support vendor evaluation efforts, research, and guidance on competitive advantages. • Report to the VP, Head of Enterprise Architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or a closely related strategy and technology discipline • Master's or bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Deep expertise in business architecture methods, including capability modeling, value stream mapping, and domain decomposition • Hands-on business architecture artifact delivery experience • Competency in Information Security, Cloud, Data, and Integration Architecture • Experience integrating SaaS solutions using secure data and integration patterns and standards • Practical understanding of AI and machine learning concepts for business capability design • Experience identifying AI use cases and designing AI-enabled processes • Ability to own a domain, drive standards adoption, and influence without direct authority in a matrixed, multi-brand organization • Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead workshops with senior stakeholders • Proficiency with architecture modeling tools such as LeanIX, Ardoq, or Sparx EA • Familiarity with TOGAF or ArchiMate frameworks
