📋 Description

• Own MSP implementations end to end once a contract is verbally agreed upon • Coordinate across CHG divisions and Locumsmart leadership through kickoff and ongoing delivery • Partner with clients to create implementation project plans and ensure proper execution • Report milestones and program progress to stakeholders and executive leadership • Raise red flags when implementations are off track and identify wins to replicate success • Direct internal stakeholders and hold them accountable to implementation plans • Serve as the client point of contact for gathering MSP implementation requirements • Outline the overall implementation process and gain client buy-in • Travel as needed to support client implementations • Track vendor outreach by Locumsmart and connect vendors to the MSP Account Management team • Verify execution of Sub-Vendor Agreements, including tiering strategy and dispute-resolution protocols • Ensure Account Management teams build Job Requisition Approval Chains and Candidate Profile Auditing SOPs • Verify client data is stood up, transferred, and ready for go-live • Work with Locumsmart to ensure technology adoption • Support clients briefly after go-live and complete handoff to ECS Account Management • Supplement implementation work with Operational Strategy projects as capacity allows

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in healthcare staffing, locum tenens, or MSP/VMS operations preferred over general technical or SaaS project management background • Working familiarity with VMS/contingent workforce platforms, ideally Locumsmart • Basic contract literacy, able to read and operationalize Master Services Agreements and Sub-Vendor Agreements • Previous implementation and/or program experience desired • Prior client-facing experience required • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives to completion • Experience planning and executing projects or programs with specific delivery examples • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, client implementation, or account management, ideally within healthcare staffing, VMS, or MSP environments • College degree preferred • Ability to travel 25% or more based on client request and need
