📋 Description

• Support clients using the OneView credentialing management platform • Provide a high-touch, high-satisfaction client support experience • Communicate with clients through live chat, email, and occasionally phone • Maintain a clean ticket queue and close support tickets • Prioritize and manage requests effectively and efficiently • Assess, understand, and follow up on client needs and problems with speed and urgency • Involve resources across different company teams when necessary • Take ownership of work while collaborating with team members • Work in a fast-paced, changing, team-oriented environment

🎯 Requirements

• Customer relation skills, including interaction through phone, chat, and email • Ability to prioritize and manage time and requests effectively and efficiently • Ability to assess, understand, and follow up on client needs and problems with speed and urgency • Ability to involve resources across different company teams when necessary • Attention to detail while seeing the big picture • Experience with a live chat platform such as Zendesk • Experience with JSD (Jira Service Desk) • Experience answering live calls using Zoom Phone • Superb verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • 2–4 years of experience in a Customer Service or Information Systems Service Desk role • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree is strongly encouraged
