📋 Description

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of concurrent HR projects across multiple functional areas • Maintain consolidated portfolio visibility into project status, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies, and upcoming decisions • Establish and apply consistent project management standards, tools, templates, and governance across HR initiatives • Support project intake and prioritization by providing visibility into resource requirements, dependencies, timing, and capacity • Identify competing priorities and resource constraints and escalate concerns to HR leadership • Manage projects through initiation, planning, execution, implementation, and closeout • Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, and responsibilities • Establish roles and accountability across project teams • Coordinate activities across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, Communications, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and decision-making discussions • Track commitments, actions, deliverables, project documentation, decision logs, and project records • Support HR technology, process, policy, compliance, Total Rewards, talent, employee experience, and other initiatives • Manage HR workstreams involving system enhancements, implementations, integrations, and optimization, including Workday • Coordinate requirements gathering, testing, user acceptance testing, communications, training readiness, implementation planning, and post-launch activities • Identify and manage resource requirements, capacity, conflicts, competing priorities, and cross-project dependencies • Coordinate external consultants and vendors against project plans and deliverables • Identify, document, monitor, communicate, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables through project governance • Build relationships across Human Resources and cross-functional business partners • Develop communication plans and translate project information into updates for HR and senior leadership • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain stakeholder alignment • Develop dashboards, status reports, portfolio summaries, leadership updates, project health indicators, and governance reviews • Track project outcomes and conduct closeouts and lessons-learned reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background investigation • Demonstrated experience simultaneously managing multiple projects with competing priorities, resources, and stakeholders • Experience managing projects involving multiple functional areas and levels of leadership • Strong knowledge of formal project management methodologies, tools, and practices • Demonstrated experience developing project plans, managing risks and dependencies, coordinating resources, and providing leadership-level project reporting • Bachelor's degree • Minimum of three or more (3+) years of progressive project management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred • Previous experience working within Human Resources or managing Human Resources projects strongly preferred • Experience managing projects involving Workday or other enterprise HR technologies preferred • Experience managing projects in a government contracting, highly regulated, or complex matrixed environment preferred • Experience coordinating external consultants, technology partners, and vendors • Experience supporting enterprise-wide implementations and organizational change initiatives
