📋 Description

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of concurrent HR projects across multiple functional areas • Maintain consolidated project views covering status, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies, and decisions • Establish and apply project management standards, tools, templates, and governance • Support project intake and prioritization • Manage projects through initiation, planning, execution, implementation, and closeout • Develop project plans defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, and responsibilities • Coordinate activities across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, Communications, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and decision-making discussions • Manage HR workstreams involving system enhancements, implementations, integrations, and optimization, including Workday • Coordinate requirements gathering, testing, user acceptance testing, communications, training readiness, implementation planning, and post-launch activities • Identify and manage resources, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, scope changes, schedule changes, and deliverables • Develop communication plans and provide clear updates to HR and senior leadership • Develop project dashboards, status reports, portfolio summaries, and leadership updates • Facilitate governance meetings and leadership reviews • Track project outcomes and conduct closeouts and lessons-learned reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background investigation • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required • Experience managing projects involving Workday • Previous experience working within Human Resources or managing Human Resources projects • Demonstrated experience simultaneously managing multiple projects with competing priorities, resources, and stakeholders • Experience managing projects involving multiple functional areas and levels of leadership • Strong knowledge of formal project management methodologies, tools, and practices • Demonstrated experience developing project plans, managing risks and dependencies, coordinating resources, and providing leadership-level project reporting • Bachelor's degree • Minimum of three or more (3+) years of progressive project management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives • Experience managing projects in a government contracting, highly regulated, or complex matrixed environment preferred • Experience coordinating external consultants, technology partners, and vendors • Experience supporting enterprise-wide implementations and organizational change initiatives
