📋 Description

• Provide consultative support and advise the organization on best-practice and effective recruitment strategies • Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs • Create sourcing strategies and advise on hiring plans • Serve as the primary contact for hiring leaders • Understand short- and long-term business needs • Partner with leaders on workforce planning • Manage supporting recruitment strategies • Conduct passive outreach • Participate in offer negotiations

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience • Healthcare experience preferred • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or 6 years of administrative/Human Resources/recruiting-related experience in lieu of degree • Strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques • Proactive, results-oriented approach • Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software • Ability to think critically and act independently • Successful completion of an occupational health assessment, drug screen, and background investigation • Compliance with the U.S. Government Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification
