📋 Description

• Own corporate-level and sector-head relationships with Compass, Sodexo, Aramark, and Canteen • Drive Joint Business Plans with four enterprise concessionaire customers • Design and execute SPIFF and distributor incentive programs • Manage GPO and distributor Joint Business Plan touchpoints • Coordinate College & University pull-through with foodservice leadership • Drive new unit placements across the four concessionaires • Drive product placement, account programming, and LTO execution • Build and manage per-serving cost models and chain-economics frameworks • Partner with distributor OPCO leadership to drive pull-through • Partner with regional foodservice management on district leader execution • Coordinate installation pipelines with service operations • Partner with channel marketing on co-op marketing and brand activation • Maintain CRM records daily after meaningful customer interactions • Deliver pipeline updates and forecasts to the Sr. Director, Foodservice • Contribute to QBRs and annual planning with revenue, margin, and JBP scorecards

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of CPG Away From Home or foodservice sales experience • Significant time selling into Compass, Sodexo, Aramark, or Canteen • Proven track record managing enterprise concessionaire structures • Direct experience designing Joint Business Plans, SPIFF programs, and distributor incentive models • Strong familiarity with foodservice distributor networks and OPCO relationships • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • CRM proficiency required, such as HubSpot or equivalent • Bachelor's degree required • 30–50% travel, primarily to concessionaire headquarters, regional district meetings, and key sector events
