• Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with company vision and goals, ensuring project delivery and value realization • Lead initiatives to streamline operations using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, improving efficiency, and reducing costs • Establish and monitor KPIs across all levels to drive accountability and informed decision-making • Drive superior performance and financial outcomes, collaborating closely with finance and operations teams • Champion change initiatives, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and innovation • Own the transformation of programs and core business pillars that are of high risk, impact, and complexity • Develop and lead a centralized operations team including Data Analytics & Systems, Program Managers, and Biz Ops Strategy • Collaborate and communicate with key partners across the organization to secure consensus and support for transformation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, data analytics/engineering, economics, or related field • Master’s degree or MBA preferred • 7+ years in business transformation within food and beverage manufacturing, with 5+ years in leadership • Experience leading large-scale transformations and process improvements across diverse teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and project management tools • Proficiency in data analytics and ERP tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, SAP) • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment • Consistent travel expectation of 50% of the time to our Twin Falls, Idaho facility • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds • Comfortable standing, walking, and moving around the warehouse for long periods • Capability to work in various environmental conditions (e.g., cold, heat, dust)
