📋 Description

• Oversee gear, logistical, and cost aspects of all shows in a professional, efficient, and timely manner • Build strong Representative partnerships through timely, accurate, complete, and proactive communication • Provide complete show information, equipment availability data, suitable substitutions, vetted project confirmations, system compatibility, and accurate Nexus status • Manage project communication as the primary contact for Representatives and support departments including Labor, Transport, Sub-Rentals, and others • Communicate with clients to resolve equipment shortages and logistical problems • Submit Nexus orders for confirmation with as much advance notice as possible • Forward new customer billing information to Accounting for setup in Nexus and Sage • Develop cost-effective solutions, manage project and operational costs, and advise Representatives of labor, transport, sub-rental, purchase, shop opening, trucking, and miscellaneous costs • Minimize project index costs through gear substitutions, reductions, index-change communication, and reduced prep days • Act as secondary client liaison for gear selection, substitutions, logistics, transport, labor, technical information, and client orders • Manage missing gear recovery, track missing equipment with Rental Administration and Representatives, communicate associated costs, and assist with returns to shops or owners
