📋 Description

• Review incoming ethics hotline complaints and develop actionable investigation plans • Conduct objective, confidential investigations into allegations of fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, and ethical breaches • Perform internal audits of the company’s compliance with its own policies and procedures • Partner with subject matter experts across EHS, HR, Legal, Trade Compliance, Quality, and Operations • Collect, document, and analyze evidence • Conduct witness and subject interviews • Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, Internal Audit, and outside counsel on sensitive issues • Analyze investigation data to identify trends and mitigate compliance risks • Recommend policy changes and process improvements • Plan and perform operational and internal audits to verify accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external laws • Draft investigation and audit reports with findings, root causes, and recommendations for senior management • Provide ethics training and awareness initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of professional experience in internal auditing, corporate investigations, or human resources compliance • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Advanced interviewing skills • High emotional intelligence and objective judgment • Impeccable integrity • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive personal data • Must be willing to travel 50% of the time
