📋 Description

• Track receipt of data and source documents • Prepare and sort source documents and interpret data for entry • Contact document preparers to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data • Maintain accurate and complete client files and filing systems • Perform data entry in the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable system • Complete necessary coding, confirm data accuracy, and make corrections • Contribute to team efforts to achieve required results • Perform clerical duties including typing, scanning, copying, answering phones, and filing • Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties • Provide day-to-day support to business unit customers and vendors through the procure-to-pay process • Seek process-improvement efficiencies and understand corporate structures, business contacts, and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR • High School diploma or GED • Proficient in MS Office suite • Experience with SAP, Agris, Coupa, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong attention to detail and organization skills • Ability to work Pacific Time zone hours preferred: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST • Pre-employment screening may be required, including drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements, and FMCSA Clearinghouse screening
