📋 Description

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy for the Supply Chain organization • Partner with corporate executive leadership and hospital regional presidents to translate business priorities into data capabilities, enterprise metrics, and actionable intelligence • Lead development and delivery of enterprise analytics and reporting solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define KPIs, develop actionable metrics, and align reporting with business goals • Analyze clinical, financial, and operational workflows to design reporting and data visualizations • Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare analytics, including revenue cycle, clinical and financial integration, expense management, and human capital analytics • Respond to complex analytical requests from senior leadership with timely and accurate insights • Establish and enforce data quality standards, audit processes, and validation techniques • Drive continuous improvement in data aggregation, reporting logic, and analytical methodologies • Lead and develop analytics teams, including organizational design, talent development, and succession planning • Manage departmental budgets, resources, and priorities • Build partnerships across corporate and facility leadership to promote data-driven decision-making • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field required • More than 10 years progressive experience in data management, data warehousing, or data analytics, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry required • 7-9 years experience leading data teams, managing complex data projects, and working with large healthcare datasets preferred • Master's Degree preferred • Ability to deconstruct complex clinical processes into logical steps and redesign them for efficiency and safety • Deep understanding of the frameworks that allow health systems to talk to one another • Skills to extract, clean, and interpret data using SQL, Excel, and Python • Ability to navigate user interface (UI) design, usability testing, and institutional buy-in • Ability to manage projects from requirements gathering through implementation, maintenance, and decommissioning • Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) preferred or Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA) preferred
