📋 Description

• Serve as a travel expert and professional guide for contracted corporate clients. • Plan domestic and international business travel in accordance with organizational travel policies. • Secure high-quality accommodations and transportation. • Conduct fact-finding interviews to determine traveler needs. • Use travel, airline, hotel, car rental, and Amtrak reservation systems to arrange cost-effective travel. • Track statuses and entries in Action, Error, and Cancel operational queues. • Complete reservation cancellations and changes, including client agency notification. • Provide clients with itinerary, customs, passport, visa, vaccination certificate, and other travel updates and advisories. • Research travel industry changes, trends, and offerings. • Provide timely, accurate, high-quality customer service and recommend value-added services. • Maintain knowledge of operational IT systems, processes, and practices. • Serve as backup consultant for other assigned accounts and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED, or one to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • At least 2 years of experience arranging domestic and international travel • Experience using the Global Distribution System Apollo and ticketing software • Ability to learn and effectively apply new processes and procedures • Oral and written communication skills • Knowledge of a GDS, airline travel sites, and online booking tools • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills • Ability to work remotely in a separate designated office at home
