📋 Description

• Provide professional travel service assistance to contracted corporate clients according to active service contracts • Serve as a travel expert and professional guide for contracted corporate clients • Plan domestic and international business travel in compliance with organizational travel policies • Secure high-quality accommodations and transportation • Conduct fact-finding interviews to determine traveler or corporate representative needs • Use travel, airline, hotel, car rental, Amtrak, and ticketing systems to arrange cost-effective travel • Track entries and statuses in Action, Error, and Cancel operational queues and follow applicable SOPs • Complete reservation cancellations and changes and notify client agencies promptly • Provide clients with itinerary, local customs, passport, visa, vaccination certificate, and other travel advisory updates • Research travel industry changes, trends, and offerings • Deliver timely, accurate, high-quality customer service and recommend value-added services • Maintain knowledge of operational IT systems, processes, and practices • Serve as backup consultant for other assigned accounts or clients • Work remotely from a separate designated office at home

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED, or one to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • At least 2 years of experience arranging domestic and international travel • Experience using the Global Distribution System Apollo and ticketing software • Ability to learn and apply new processes and procedures effectively • Oral and written communication skills • Knowledge of a GDS, airline travel sites, and online booking tools • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills • Must be able to work remotely in a separate designated office at home
