• Develop, manage, monitor, and improve medium to large projects, change facilitation, and process improvement initiatives. • Manage complex, multi-factorial program initiatives spanning multiple operating units and matrixed and direct teams. • Define scope and requirements; establish project partnerships, roles, and responsibilities across the project lifecycle. • Participate in short- and long-term planning sessions and develop business plans and project proposals. • Ensure alignment with organizational priorities, funding, executive sponsorship, business owner support, and staffing resources. • Deliver projects within budget and timelines and achieve targeted outcomes, goals, and objectives. • Conduct post-project analysis and closure activities with business owners. • Maintain risk and issue logs, manage problem resolution, and mitigate risks. • Keep leadership, governance teams, sponsors, and project teams informed through communications, reports, status meetings, presentations, and escalations. • Compile and analyze data; prepare written summaries and presentations addressing scope, timetables, and deliverables. • Drive decision-making through qualitative observations and quantitative data; structure, synthesize, and present findings. • Assist senior leaders in determining strategic, financial, and operational program impacts. • Develop, manage, and monitor plans, resources, budgets, and staffing needs. • Provide leadership to project analysts and team members and manage deliverables according to project management methodology. • Coach and mentor peers, analysts, indirect team members, and supporting groups. • Embed continuous process improvement into transformational plans and approaches. • Identify, evaluate, and articulate operational opportunities, business needs, gaps, and implementation steps. • Consult with stakeholders and communicate complex quantitative, analytical, and technical results clearly to varied audiences. • Prepare and deliver executive and organizational communications. • Collaborate across organizational levels in a changing, matrixed environment. • Facilitate teams and influence outcomes through leadership, communication, negotiation, and planning skills. • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, Trinity Health programs, the Code of Conduct, and organizational policies.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum 5–7 years of product line or technology solution experience, formal or informal people leadership, or equivalent education and experience. • Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects and interfacing with executive leadership. • Proficiency in four or more business operations disciplines, with expert-level knowledge in at least two. • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Windows, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Experience with Visio and MS-Project. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and data analysis skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and work under pressure. • Ability to communicate technology solutions to non-technical leaders and business owners. • Knowledge of multiple technologies and experience with system-wide applications and integrated work environments. • Knowledge and experience developing and managing project budgets and staffing needs for complex initiatives. • Strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service, written communication, verbal communication, facilitation, and influencing skills. • Ability to build collaborative relationships with leaders, stakeholders, decision makers, colleagues, and customers. • Ability to mentor and coach team members. • Comfort operating in a collaborative, shared-leadership, ambiguous, and matrix organizational structure. • Strong group process skills for onsite and remote groups. • Ability to work autonomously and self-direct under changing structures, requirements, and priorities. • Ability to obtain and maintain a strong understanding of organizational functions and the role of the TMO. • Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean practitioner certification, and/or Six Sigma Green Belt strongly preferred. • Master's degree preferred.
