📋 Description

• Work with teams to define design requirements for digital products • Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications, and other UX design deliverables • Plan and conduct user research using usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other methodologies • Create user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps based on research insights • Design intuitive interfaces through interactive prototypes • Analyze research data to extract meaningful patterns and actionable insights • Collaborate with product, engineers, designers, and other multidisciplinary team members • Own design problems end to end, from research and initial concept through shipping and beyond • Translate business requirements into research questions and design solutions • Advocate for user-centered design decisions across the organization • Identify opportunities and act as a key thought partner • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure experiences meet or exceed current market standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in designing successful digital products and services • Experience in planning and conducting user research studies • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify patterns and insights from data • Proficiency in Figma for digital product design and prototyping • Experience with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, and Lookback • Solid understanding of modern user research strategies and techniques • Ability to solve business challenges with user-centered design solutions • Excellent communication skills to present findings and influence decisions • Fluent in English
