CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange is a nonprofit organization (founded in 1947) that organizes and facilitates international educational and cultural exchange programs. It provides study abroad programs for college and high school students, gap-year and internship placements, TEFL certification and teaching abroad, professional and research exchange, Work & Travel and BridgeUSA programs, and host-family and employer partnerships. CIEE also administers scholarships and safety/onsite support services to help participants travel and study internationally while advancing intercultural understanding and global citizenship.

📋 Description

• Support the Regional Placement Manager in developing a school and outreach strategy to increase placements • Identify school districts to target and relevant deadlines • Work with the Regional Placement Manager to identify host family leads • Work independently and collaborate with various team members to outline strategies and help with implementation • Create new, creative outreach strategies • Implement and deliver outreach strategies based on team needs • Support the High School Exchange USA team in developing and implementing strategies to increase placements made by Local Coordinators

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent • Sales experience (lead generation and conversion) in a fast-paced environment preferred • Grassroots marketing experience is a plus • Ability to manage high-volume goals within tight deadlines • Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with an attitude to overcome any challenge • Experience with volunteer management is a plus • Professional written and verbal communication skills required • Strong organization and time management skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required • Experience with CRM type databases a plus; Salesforce experience preferred • Ability to embrace CIEE’s Core Values (Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion and Problem Solving) and culture • Background check, reference check, and education and employment verification required as conditions of employment
