📋 Description

• Be an active member of agile teams and follow the Scrum framework • Work side by side with engineering and multiple business units • Assist in translating roadmap features to epics and stories • Assist in developing and documenting business requirements • Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to showcase outcomes • Work closely with Product Managers on planning, refinement, and prioritization • Test and document systems, software, and services • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and performance across systems, software, services, and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to summarize and present complex information to all levels of the business • A driving curiosity to understand why and how things work (or don’t) • An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills • Extreme attention to detail • Experience and competence in the analysis and comprehension of data • 2 years of experience working with Salesforce • International Education/Exchange experience preferred • Readiness to grow and develop yourself, our client group, and our Company • Ability to embrace CIEE’s Core Values (Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion and Problem Solving) and culture • Background check, reference check, and education and employment verification as conditions of employment
