📋 Description

• Complete detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders to determine position specifications • Review applicants in the applicant tracking system • Build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns • Source candidates through resume databases, networking sites, social media, and deep web techniques • Generate targeted passive-candidate lists and pursue referrals • Use proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning • Engage talent communities through phone, email, networking, and social media • Tailor value propositions to candidates • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide logistical guidance • Provide timely application and interview status updates • Conduct professional phone interviews with industry- and role-specific probing • Compare interview notes and skills assessments with requisition specifications • Evaluate team and cultural fit • Issue skills testing and review results when required • Review background and reference information when required • Maintain candidate engagement and continuously build the talent pipeline • Keep hiring managers informed about market changes and search status • Present job offers and drive candidate acceptance • Maintain compliance with OFCCP and other applicable standards • Demonstrate segment, practice, and industry expertise • Deliver strong candidate slates for requisitions • Provide accurate, regular recruiting activity reports • Identify search difficulties and research solutions with leadership and hiring managers • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field required • Equivalent experience may be considered • Minimum of five or more years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting • Pharma experience required; pharma sales experience preferred • Ability to demonstrate niche segment or industry expertise • Ability to use recruiting technologies to create efficiencies • Ability to adhere to documentation and compliance processes • Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques
