📋 Description
• Deliver financial insights and support strategic decision-making • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial discipline • Lead financial planning processes including budgets and forecasts • Deliver actionable insights to improve financial outcomes • Analyze business results and financial performance • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement • Build consensus and develop strong relationships with senior leaders
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance • Experience owning or supporting a full P&L • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required • Strong Excel skills • Strong analytical and communication skills • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Proven ability to lead reporting and analysis • Critical thinker with a strong learning mindset
