📋 Description

• Own end-to-end accounting for revenue and partnership arrangements • Ensure accurate recognition, timely close, and complete disclosures across customer and partner incentives • Maintain and improve internal controls and reporting • Partner with commercial, legal, tax, and data teams to define accounting and control requirements • Support audits • Own month-end and quarter-end close for revenue and partnerships, including subledger reviews, exceptions, journals and reconciliations • Analyze balance sheet and P&L movements, investigate anomalies, and produce evidence-based commentary on key drivers • Develop understanding of commercial economics, contract terms and data flows to ensure transactions are complete and accurately reflected • Review customer and partner arrangements and apply ASC 606 and US GAAP to incentives, revenue sharing and non-standard terms • Design and implement AI-driven automation and process improvements using tools like ChatGPT and Gemini while preserving human oversight and auditability

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant accounting or audit experience • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, especially ASC 606, with hands-on experience in revenue recognition, partner incentives, variable consideration and balance sheet reconciliations • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development • Experience with ERP systems and transaction subledgers (Oracle or similar) and month/quarter close activities • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite
