📋 Description
• Design workflows and interfaces for blockchain-native products • Help users understand value flow, costs, and tradeoffs • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders • Identify repeatable models and abstractions • Mentor other designers and raise the bar for product design
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of product design experience • Exposure to crypto, blockchain, or financial infrastructure products • Excellent interaction and visual design skills • Experience setting design direction and mentoring designers • Ability to explain complex ideas and work effectively in a distributed environment
