📋 Description

• Own the strategy and execution of Circle’s customer onboarding platform • Define the product strategy and roadmap, emphasizing automated workflows and reduced time-to-activate • Partner with compliance, legal, risk, engineering, and product teams to balance regulatory rigor with customer experience • Identify and resolve process gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies affecting onboarding speed, scalability, and compliance • Translate regulatory requirements and business needs into product requirements, insights, and user stories • Represent onboarding and platform priorities in senior forums and secure alignment for high-impact initiatives • Build and maintain documentation for onboarding systems and tools • Define, monitor, and report platform metrics and risk indicators to executives and the Board • Engage with regulators, auditors, and examiners regarding platform scalability and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale compliance, onboarding, or risk platforms in fintech, payments, or crypto • Hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping and generating product mocks • Proven track record implementing KYB, KYC, and AML technologies for global regulatory requirements • Expertise designing compliance workflows and scalable customer onboarding systems • Ability to translate regulatory and business needs into product requirements and platform strategies • Leadership experience influencing executives and cross-functional teams • Analytical and data-driven experience applying AI/ML to onboarding decision-making, risk detection, and process efficiency • Background in RegTech, banking, or scaled fintech preferred • Executive presence and ability to represent Circle externally with regulators, auditors, and industry stakeholders preferred
