📋 Description

• Lead and grow sales efforts for the State of California and Nevada • Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions • Engage specialist teams to enhance the sales process • Build the sales funnel through opportunity development • Review business plans and forecasting data • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes • Oversee consistent execution of sales strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors + 12 years of related experience • 2+ year of Leadership experience • Tech start up exp - building a team and territory
