📋 Description

• Manages key channel partner relationships and sales programs • Works independently as a primary point of contact between the company and the distributors • Assists in developing more complex regional or channel sales strategies • Implements and monitors processes to enhance deal registration and incentive program utilization • Analyzes key distribution metrics to identify areas for improvement • Confers with internal teams to ensure distributor feedback informs product development • Tracks and reports on distributor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) • Helps establish and implement standard operating procedures and communication protocols • Manages staff performance and development

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree • 5-7 Years Experience • Preferred Education Level: Master’s degree • 8-11 Years Experience • Skills: Salesforce, Relationship Building, Sales Prospecting, Negotiation, Enthusiasm, Customer Relationship Management, Positivity, Sales Presentations, Selling Techniques, Rapport Building
