📋 Description

• Ensure a streamlined and positive experience for every applicant, referral, and potential employee. • Connect with candidates, managing security clearances and government requirements • Build and engage robust talent pipelines • Partner with public hiring managers to guide them through applicant filtering • Provide counsel on compensation and hiring processes • Support public infrastructure and drive innovation within government services

🎯 Requirements

• Seven or more years of recruiting experience • At least two years in a corporate recruiting environment • Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates through various channels • Experience collaborating with and presenting to senior-level stakeholders • Proven ability to influence outcomes and achieve consensus in recruitment processes • Over five years of experience recruiting for Federal Agencies • Hands-on experience recruiting customer delivery engineers with Cisco technology backgrounds • Proven ability to leverage a robust network of cleared professionals
