📋 Description

• Deliver wireless planning, design, implementation, and optimization services to Cisco’s major accounts • Perform architectural planning and design • Provide configuration and integration support • Provide operational support for complex wireless network deployments • Identify and document design and architecture guidelines for global Cisco Services adoption • Work with the Customer Experience team, customer support teams, Cisco TAC, development engineering, and sales teams • Participate in complex network builds, performance engineering, fixes, and problem resolution for WLAN-related projects

🎯 Requirements

• BSEE/CS or equivalent • Confirmed ability in a network engineering or telecommunications support environment • MS strongly preferred • Deep technical account leadership skills • In-depth knowledge of wireless technology, specifically Meraki dashboard • RF design, survey/engineering, and troubleshooting skills using Ekahau or Hamina • IP network design skills • Working understanding of deploying Cisco Spaces in a customer environment • Experience designing and deploying WLAN applications, including Voice over WLAN, Context-Aware Location-Based Services, and Wireless Guest Access • Detailed understanding of WLAN security and network management, including ISE and/or RADIUS services • Expert-level internetworking problem-solving in a large-scale network environment • Must be available to travel 25% to on-site customer meetings and site-specific fixes
