• Coordinate engineering and subcontractor activities • Work closely with program management and customer representatives • Guide technical performance and schedule adherence for the Radar System Replacement program • Provide guidance and support to planning and installation activities for updated radar infrastructure across domestic and international customer bases • Maintain the RSR System Level Implementation Plan and oversee submission and approval of Site-Specific Implementation Plans • Ensure SSIP alignment with program requirements, logistical and operational needs, and RTX and Government standards • Translate subcontractor site survey findings into actionable closure plans supporting on-time installation and implementation • Coordinate with subcontractor and customer/Government personnel to deliver detailed ATS equipment plans covering installation, testing, and certification • Lead coordination of subcontractor site preparation, including power, structural, and environmental infrastructure, and ensure site readiness • Oversee site logistics, including access, tools, materials, and equipment delivery • Resolve logistical issues and ensure resources are available and staged on time • Guide and ensure subcontractor quality performance in maintenance and sustainment of installed radar infrastructure • Coordinate second-level engineering responses to deployed equipment anomalies • Assist the program chief engineer in overseeing RTX engineering functions in alignment with Government authorization, budget, and schedule • Assist with development and delivery workflow of Government CDRLs
• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under these programs/contracts • Project management experience • Experience in site preparation activities, including infrastructure preparation (power, structure, environment, et al.) • Experience interpreting site surveys and translating findings into actionable plans • Experience managing and/or executing surveillance radar system upgrades, repairs, and installations • Experience with logistics associated with radar system upgrades, repairs, and installations • Experience coordinating program performance tasks with US (or similar) Government personnel • Experience reporting program performance to US Government senior leadership personnel • Experience overseeing multiple engineering disciplines on a US Government program • Experience overseeing and being responsible for performance of engineering personnel on a US Government program
