📋 Description

• Transform conceptual designs into production-ready experiences • Produce detailed interaction designs, specifications, and developer handoff documentation • Design edge cases, empty states, loading states, and error handling • Refine platform experiences as requirements evolve • Maintain consistency with platform principles and design standards • Partner with Engineering during implementation, answer implementation questions, and provide rapid design support • Monitor engineering channels, resolve UX issues, and validate implementations against design intent • Produce polished visual design, interaction design, and motion specifications • Contribute to shared patterns and reusable assets while maintaining quality across shipped experiences • Use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to create interactive prototypes and accelerate discovery, experimentation, iteration, and validation • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and cross-functional partners on Cisco Cloud Control and AI Canvas experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of related experience, Master’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, or PhD with 1+ year of related experience • Prior experience in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for complex enterprise environments • Experience with layout systems, typography, hierarchy, color, grid usage, and graphic composition • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Research teams from concept through delivery • Experience using AI-assisted design and/or prototyping tools in the product design workflow • Outstanding visual and interaction design craft and strong prototyping skills • Advanced proficiency with AI-assisted design and prototyping workflows
