📋 Description

• Design and maintain robust, role-based Workday security structures using the principle of least privilege • Handle the full lifecycle of user access • Provide proactive support to resolve access issues • Lead regular security audits • Collaborate with partners on data privacy, regulatory compliance, and segregation of duties • Supervise Workday releases • Lead security enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and future readiness • Maintain clear security documentation • Guide multifunctional teams through security best practices and system updates • Partner with HR, IT, and Compliance teams to secure data while enabling workforce access • Work in close-knit Agile squads, including sprint planning and retrospectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of professional experience and continuous learning • 3 to 4+ years of experience with Workday security • Experience with security domains, business process policies, and security group configuration • Experience handling critical and confidential information with professional integrity and care • Expertise using Microsoft Excel for security audits, trend analysis, and documentation • Preferred: Workday Security Administration experience and familiarity with HCM, Payroll, or Financials • Preferred: Relevant professional certifications • Preferred: Experience supporting SOX, GDPR, and audit activities in a global organization • Preferred: Exposure to Prism Analytics or Adaptive Planning • Preferred: Interest in AI advancements and experience using tools like ChatGPT • Preferred: Sophisticated problem-solving and detail-oriented troubleshooting approach • Preferred: Experience in an Agile environment using Jira and participating in two sprints • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
